Call us crazy, but when the “TiK ToK” singer walked the red carpet at MTV Japan’s Video Music Awards this past weekend with a hair-raising new ‘do, we were instantly reminded of the classic look Tokio Hotel singer Bill Kaulitz used to sport.Ah, the good ol’ days.Ke$ha, please tell us you’re NOT going to follow this up with braided dreadlocks.
